Terms & Condition

Welcome to Foremost Drive. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Governing Law

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website and our services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. Eligibility

  • Only individuals 18 years of age or older may register, create an account, make bookings, or complete payments through this website.
  • Minors under 18 are not permitted to register or transact directly.
  • Minors may, however, use Foremost Drive services (such as school pick-up and drop-off), provided that a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult makes the booking on their behalf.
  • The adult booking the ride is fully responsible for the minor’s use of the service.

3. Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made online using Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
  • We do not store or save payment details on our website.
  • All transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of all transaction records and booking confirmations.
  • Multiple bookings may result in multiple charges appearing on the cardholder’s monthly statement.

4. Transaction Records

  • Customers will receive booking confirmation via email or SMS after payment.
  • Foremost Drive will not provide services to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE law.

5. Service Usage

  • All rides are subject to driver availability and traffic conditions.
  • Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred timings.
  • While Foremost Drive strives to provide punctual and reliable service, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled ride.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the ride may result in the ride being charged in full.
  • Rescheduling is allowed subject to driver availability.

7. Refund Policy

  • Completed bookings are non-refundable.
  • In the event of a duplicate transaction or system error, refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.
  • Promotional packages, bundles, and discounted rides are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Prohibited Use

  • Services must not be used for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Fraudulent bookings, misuse of services, or misconduct will result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Liability & Safety

  • Passenger safety is our priority. All drivers are professionally trained and vetted.
  • Customers must comply with UAE traffic laws and safety guidelines while traveling.
  • Foremost Drive is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to traffic, weather, accidents, or events outside our control.

10. Privacy & Data Security

  • We value your privacy and protect your personal data.
  • Customer details are never sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or for secure payment processing.

11. Bundle Ride Packages

Foremost Drive offers special ride bundles for customers who want convenience and savings. By purchasing a bundle, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Validity

    • Bundles are valid for the period specified at purchase (e.g., 10 days from activation).
    • Unused rides expire automatically after validity and cannot be extended, refunded, or carried forward.

  2. Usage

    • Bundles are non-transferable unless explicitly sold as a family package.
    • Advance booking is recommended to ensure driver availability.

  3. Exclusions

    • Bundles apply only to standard service routes (e.g., Dubai – Abu Dhabi).
    • Out-of-service areas may incur additional charges.

  4. Peak Hours & Holidays

    • Additional charges may apply during peak hours.
    • Bundles are not valid on major holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Eve) unless otherwise stated.

  5. Cancellations

    • Cancelling a ride less than 3 hours before the scheduled time will result in that ride being deducted from the bundle balance.

  6. Refunds

    • Bundle packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
      Refunds will only be processed in case of a duplicate purchase or technical error.

12. Modifications to Terms

  • Foremost Drive reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of updated terms.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on our website, purchasing a package, or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
